Thank you for considering our travel service for your trip requirements. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your trip.

Reservation and Payment: A deposit or full payment may be requested at the time of booking to reserve your reservation. Credit card, wire transfer, and cheque payments are all possible. Prior to the commencement of your vacation, full payment is required. Payment failure may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to cancellation fees. The cancellation fees may vary depending on the travel service provider and the time of cancellation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the travel service provider. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Travel Documents: It is the travelers obligation to obtain and carry all necessary travel papers, such as passports, visas, and health certificates. Our travel agency is not liable for any loss or denial of admission caused by the travelers inability to get the requisite documentation.

Health and safety: It is the obligation of the traveller to ensure that they are physically and psychologically competent of engaging in the travel services. Any pre-existing medical issues should be notified to our travel agency before making a reservation. Our travel agency is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or other medical issues that arise while using our services.

Travel Itinerary: While our travel agency will make every attempt to stick to the schedule, it is subject to alter due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or other force major situations. Our travel agency maintains the right to change the schedule to protect the travelers safety and comfort.

Travel Insurance: It is strongly advised that travellers get travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen events such as trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergency, or lost luggage. On request, our travel agency may assist you in acquiring travel insurance.

Liability: Our travel agency accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or expenditure experienced by the traveller as a consequence of the travel services. Our travel agency accepts no responsibility for the activities or omissions of any travel service provider, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are controlled and interpreted in line with the laws of the jurisdiction in where the travel agency is based.
